Greetings members, old and new. Since we have over 5000 members, I am just curious as to how you found out about this forum. Most of you know that I created this forum in mid June 2003 after Jerry's went kaput! I had some experience with running forums, but none with over 5000 members! So here are the questions I ask of you:
How did you find out about the forum, what units do you portray, and where do you live?
I created the forum, and I am from West Virginia, USA. I mainly do medic impressions for US Airborne and German Gebirgsjaeger.

I found this forum through the WPG page, way back when Jerry ran it....the good old days... (though this forum has become a comfy home I live down here in the festering hole of liberalism known as Kalifornia...hoping to get out of it as soon as possible.

I can't remember if in the beginning Troy sent me an e-mail or if I heard it from Jerry... either way, it happened one of those ways.
Been helping admin the forum since its early days, and I live in North Carolina, USA.

Once I got a vacation from college, I decided to join in and made sure I linked our company's webpage (CCYDNE) to it and had ours added up there too! ;D Oh...and we're from the Bootheel of Southeast Missouri! I found it through Jerry at WPG. I believe that I was member number 12. Was asked to moderate, then "promoted" to admin by Troy, when he realised what a mighty and powerful Sorcerer I was, and that, from my Castle by the shores of Lake Werfarg, I could turn you all into punginal Bimgit Nurbles.
Woooohaaaahaaaaaa .......................
Sorry ............ flipped out for a minute ;D

A friend of mine told me to check this forum out as there was a post about a event next year in Washington, Iowa.
So I did. I like this forum. Lots of good discussions. Good people. We should have a forum event. LOL

Hello, I found the forum linked to Jerry Lee's website, had a look and got hooked. Now I'm a junior moderator downscroll at the German section.
I live in a small village near Bonn on the Rhine in good old Germany.

I actually ran into it from the WPG site, but didn't get involved there.
Then I managed to get banned from a Yahoo Groups list and Doc . has shown me the light (he left that same Yahoo Group).
Thanks Doc!!!
