Hello all! I am a collector, never reenacted, however it intrigues me... I am a real Marine, have served in the wing and grunts for the last 19 years. I am an avid WW2 buff...and a buff of anything Marine Corps. I have a decent collection of original WW2 USMC gear and Weapons. I also have (for an odd reason) a bunch of WW2 Soviet items and weapons.
I appreciate what you all do to keep history alive.

Location? If you are near MCAS Cherry Point PM me. The collection here goes from a halftrack to unissued January 6th 1942 boondockers. One of the few, Frank USMC RET

I'll fix my profile, thanks for the reminder.
I was in Cherry Point, about 19 years ago. Was with VMGR-253 until I went to 452 in NY. I remember finding some good deals at Saigon Sams outside that gate. I left the wing and AD after Afghanistan in 2002. Then joined the infantry, 2/25, and went to SOI as a Sgt...which was odd. Been there ever since. Currently doing a gig with IIMEF.
A-lot of good finds in NC and CA, lots of old salts still have their 782 gear!
