looking for GI relatives in the US

Hey,

I received a pack with buttons and other WWII stuff from a friend.In that pack were two dog tags belonging to Jerome A selz and this is what I could find on him: aad.archives.gov/aad/record-detail.jsp?dt=893&mtch=1&cat=WR26&tf=F&q=selz%2Cjerome+A&bc=sl&rpp=10&pg=1&rid=5882757

He was born in 1909 so I think he passed away by now but where do I go from now???Should I contact the state of Ohio and ask for more info because I would like to return the dog tags to the family.
