This is currently the photo in the New section on ATF's website. What's going on here? I don't know who the unit is, but they all seem to be wearing medic yokes and have something, maybe their rain coats or ponchos, tied up and attached in the back. Interesting setup, especially to see it being done by four guys at the same time.
