As far as Sanjay; he is ok as long as you don't send him an original item to replicate and expect to get it back or in one piece. Stuff he has in stock is ok to order, from my experience.

To the best of my knowledge, the only guys that received the ETO jackets were the 29th Rangers and the 9th AAF. Since the 29th Rangers had been disbanded by D-Day my guess is that these guys are AAF. Possibly forward observers?
